Sanjeewa and his wife provided a warm welcome to Sri Lanka . I arranged a lift from the airport with them which is only 10 minutes away . Sri Lankan breakfast in the morning was lovely and always served with a smile . The room was clean ,cool and mosquito free . Sanjeewa was an excellent source of local information and helped me with my ongoing travel itinerary As a sole female traveller I felt safe here The overall experience was warm , friendly , clean , convenient and excellent value for money

The rooms and facilities are spotless, old wood art and thoughtfully designed. Everything feels fresh, elegant, and inviting. But what truly makes Winston Ocean Heaven special is its breathtaking beachside location. Sunsets were my favourite moment of the day. The sky turns into beautiful shades of orange, pink, and purple, reflecting across the calm sea. It felt magical, like something out of a postcard. Early mornings were just as beautiful, with the cool air and quiet ocean creating the perfect place for a walk or meditation. Overall, Winston Ocean Heaven is a place that stays in your heart. Whether you want relaxation, natural beauty, or a refreshing escape from daily life, this place offers it all. I left feeling peaceful, renewed, and already excited to return. We stayed here recently and really enjoyed it. The location is great. the front door opens directly to the beach, so it felt super relaxing from the start. The host was very friendly and welcoming. When we arrived, he greeted us happily and gave us a quick introduction about the room. The room was clean, with a comfortable bed, spotless bathroom, basic coffee-making items, free Wi-Fi, and also had AC, a ceiling fan, and hot water available, which made the stay even better. They offer breakfast with both English and local options. He asked us what we preferred and at what time, and the food was really good. They also included a little dessert and banana, which was a nice touch. They also have meal plans for lunch and dinner, which is really convenient if you don’t feel like going out. At one point, the host asked if we’d like to swim in the ocean and mentioned a nearby clean ocean pool that was close by. He even provided towels for it. The place overall was excellent. definitely worth the money. It’s also very close to the airport, which is convenient. If you want to order food from outside, Uber Eats works in the area too. We were very happy about the place and will definitely visit again.

The property was really nice, new property with clean rooms and washrooms and very near to all cafes, supermarket and beach. Owner was really nice and of helpful nature. Breakfast also available on very reasonable price as per request. Really enjoyed my stay and love to visit again.

Sirena Villa Holiday Lodge is centrally located in Negombo, just about 200 meters from the beach. The property boasts spacious, clean rooms and is brand new. It features a massive outdoor area with lush green grass and flowers, providing a tranquil environment perfect for relaxation. The nights are calm and quiet, ensuring a restful sleep. My most excellent satisfaction is the car park because it is well-protected within the property rather than parking outside. The lodge is conveniently situated next to a Sri Lankan pub-style restaurant, making it easy for guests to enjoy local cuisine. Additionally, there is a traditional Chinese restaurant right next door, offering even more dining options. For those seeking relaxation, the nearby Ayurvedic spa, Ayu Suwa Arana, is an excellent place to unwind and rejuvenate.

Perfect apartment with all needed facilities, toiletries, supplies, etc. We were truly blown away how it was thought about every detail. Clean, comfortable, right in the city center in the building that has rooftop pool and restaurant, gym and spa, and 24/7 reception. Host is amazing and communication was seamless and he was helpful with everything we needed. We definitely recommend this apartment when staying in Negombo - just amazing, 5 stars!

It was the cleanest room we had in Sri Lanka. very close to the beach, restaurants and shops, pool at the rooftop is awesome. The owner is very helpful and responsive. Great place to chill out for few night after or before flight. Breakfast in the restaurant was also delicious.
