This property is literally located on the beach. The minute you step out u face is the sea. You can hear the waves 🌊 sounds even if u are in room it’s so soothing. I would like to come again and stay just for the location. Getting up in the morning lazily walking around the beach, what else u need. To add on to that the host will treat u with the great breakfast which u can enjoy with a beach view

It features a massive outdoor area with lush green grass and flowers, providing a tranquil environment perfect for relaxation. The nights are calm and quiet, ensuring a restful sleep. My most excellent satisfaction is the car park because it is well-protected within the property rather than parking outside. The lodge is conveniently situated next to a Sri Lankan pub-style restaurant, making it easy for guests to enjoy local cuisine. Additionally, there is a traditional Chinese restaurant right next door, offering even more dining options. For those seeking relaxation, the nearby Ayurvedic spa, Ayu Suwa Arana, is an excellent place to unwind and rejuvenate.

Perfect apartment with all needed facilities, toiletries, supplies, etc. We were truly blown away how it was thought about every detail. Clean, comfortable, right in the city center in the building that has rooftop pool and restaurant, gym and spa, and 24/7 reception. Host is amazing and communication was seamless and he was helpful with everything we needed. We definitely recommend this apartment when staying in Negombo - just amazing, 5 stars!

Located right on the beach with a small pool which was lovely to sit by and watch the sunset. The staff were extremely friendly and always with a smiling face. The room and bed were also ideal. This is a budget hotel so it was great for the price

Absolutely fabulous location with a restaurant with exceptionally good food right on the beach. Nice to be away from the hubbub of Colombo watching the sunset over the ocean in the west. The spa was also great very much enjoyed my massage. Staff very friendly and helpful and even provided a complimentary birthday cake for one of our group, which was delicious

The staff here are amazing. Extremely helpful and always available to you with a smile. The rooms are so comfortable with uninterrupted views of the ocean and pool. Away from any noise but still right on the beach and near to a wonderful range of local restaurants and shops. Friendly locals.

Nice location right on the beach. The ground floor of the property was quite nice, open and spacious and relaxing. We had a good sized double room with a king sized bed on the seafront side of the hotel. Bedding and towels were changed daily during our visit. Plus the room cleaner did an excellent job.

The property was located right on the beach front and offered stunning views of the ocean. Enjoyed spending time at the hotel's pool, which was clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the room was comfortable and clean. The sounds of the waves crashing on the shore was soothing and relaxing. Overall, I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing beachfront getaway. It's located in the main area and there are plenty of food/coffee shops around within walking distance.
