A wonderful place with great atmosphere. The rooms are very comfortable and beautifully furnished. The owners are incredibly kind and helpful. The breakfasts are delicious and filling. I wholeheartedly recommend this place!

Very nice and clean room! Frendly staff, really nice dinner at night, good prices!! A lot of fruit before a nice breakfast, when we should leave one of the staff cleaned our tuktuk!! This is a quiet, calm and relaxing place❤️

The House is magnificent and beautifully located on the beach. It's spotless and very comfortable (great slightly more firm pillows and a comfy bed which are big ones for me). The pool is GREAT as is the outside chill area. It's a really beautiful villa. Hasitha, the guy that was there to assist us was great - very helpful and respected out request for privacy. Communication in general was top notch. The view of the sea from the upper level is magnificent.

After a tiring journey, we reached the Larns Villa hotel, where we were warmly welcomed by the very nice and friendly family of the owners. Initially, we planned to stay for 5 days. The hosts of the hotel surrounded us with such warmth and help (they helped us rent a scooter, point out interesting places), we practically had everything. Breakfast was included in the booting package, but we decided to eat in the hotel and we did not regret it because the lady served delicious lunches and dinners that met our expectations and flavors. We occasionally ate outside the hotel. Due to the comfort provided by the owners, we decided to extend our stay for another 7 days. Nice and well-kept garden, nice and friendly helpful owners, location 50 meters from the sea, really clean facility, clean swimming pool as well as very clean and tasty cuisine, comfortable and functional rooms. What more do you need? I recommend it with a clear conscience and you will not be disappointed. Greetings to the owners and we wish them all the best. I will definitely come back.

Breakfast was a bit Sri-Lankan style with lot of spicy food but with lot of fruits also,so stiil suitable for europeans,but with not a big choice.
