The room is in a local area so it’s not so touristic. It’s really depends on the person but I personally really like it. The people in the same apartments are all very friendly. The view is great.

The owner and host had clearly gone to a great deal of trouble to anticipate the guest’s needs. Every little thing was present to ensure that whoever stayed there would have a good time. The apartment even had cool bags and deck chairs to take to the beach. The host was exceptionally helpful. I realised, when I arrived, that my plugs did not fit the sockets. So, the host brought round an adaptor the very next day. And, she even took me to the airport when I’d finished my holiday. I can’t praise her enough!

Louis is wonderful host. We came with 2yo boy at 12PM while check in is stated to be from 2PM. He waited for us and made us feel welcome. Our boy broke a vase and we wanted to pay for it, he refused. He let us check out very late as place wasn't booked next day. Apartment itself is cozy, well equipped and has everything you need for short stay. Sea view balcony is just a bonus! Walking distance from Marigot center with shops and restaurants as well as the port. We will be back again when we visit Marigot!

Loved the location just a couple of minutes walk from the center of Grand Case, which is packed with excellent eateries and beach bars. Our studio apartment had everything you need for a comfortable stay including useful extras like a snorkel mask, beach towels, and a well equipped kitchen. Plus fast internet. Pierre is a wonderful host, immensely helpful and friendly.
