This place is heaven, I didn’t want to leave! The staff are incredible and made me feel so comfortable. The grounds themselves are stunning, my room was so comfortable, air conditioning works so well, cocktails by the beach were divine.

There is so much to do at the property! You could stay here for a week and still have more to do. There are cenotes, guided tours, multiple pools and lounge areas. Beautiful and spacious rooms, amazing restaurant with delicious food and cocktails.

Fernando! He is an amazing host! The first step we step into Botanica it felt like home! The hospitality was so great! Nothing was to much for them, you can ask anything. The breakfast was outstanding. If you are sitting at the pool it is if you are laying middle in the jungle! We were there at NYE and Fernando made some great cocktails and dinner for all the guests! Also included was the wine, beer, sodas! Together with some friends of Fernando and rhe guests we celebrated 2023/2024! We definitly come back next year! Botanica makes the vibe of Tulum so much better!

Everything was perfect. The staff is amazing, very welcoming and friendly. They are available for anything you need. Antonella is more than great! She gave us multiple recommendations in terms of visits, where to rent scooters and ATV; and coordinated transportation for us to/froma irport and Chichen Itza(very last minute - thank you!). The apartments are beautiful, and equipped with all the essentials. There are multiple restaurants within walking distance as well as small stores for shopping and grocery stores. We rented ATVs and were able to see a lot of Tulum. Would definitely come again. Thank you for everything!

We had a great stay at Layla Tulum. It was very small and cute hotel. The staff was very friendly. The girls at the reception were always ready to help us with suggestions. The place is located close to lot of nice restaurants and the rooms were clean. Ps the hamburgers and the hummus were also delicious.

Amazing hotel from all aspects!!! The thinking of every little detail is everywhere. Even though it’s not in a prime location in tulum you don’t feel it because of the great facilities in the place. The hotel is beautiful and set in a wonderful neighbourhood. The bicycles are handy. I used them to get to the beach and restaurants etc, and didn’t need a car. There are also great eateries within walking distance. The reception staff are superb. It was lovely to meet you Nestor, Muyami and Alan. Thanks so much for your great hospitality.
