I love how spacious the living room is and how clean the pools are. The kitchen was equipped with all basic necessities to cook. Even got a rice cooker, microwave and fridge. They provided 4 clean towels and 4 floor mats. Aircond is functioning well. Master room have 1 queen size bed, and the other room have 2 super single bed that can fit two people each. Also, have 2 long sofa that is comfy enough to be a bed. All in all, can fit 9 family members without needing extra mattress.

Set along the beachfront of Karambunai, Sabah Beach Villas & Suites offers spacious suites and villas with private pools. The property has pool and garden views.

-The location is unique, literally. Isolated but not too remote, with a perfect beach, surrounded by superb jungle (and its sounds) -infrastructure is in line with what can be expected for the price (reasonable). No airco and limited power, mosquito nets, fans, adequately ventilated rooms.... with superb views!!!!! (On mount K). In fact, infrastructure is adapted to the environment and that creates also the experience - food is great (and included) - staff is very nice , without exception. Love & kindness - diving is great, and other activities are possible I liked it so much that I d come to Sabah only for that place..... Congratulations to the owners for creating this environment and the experience it offers, with their team, and being able to maintain this over time.... 🙌

The place is wonderful, private and the view is marvelous. We have a little problem with the room and water pressure when we reached there but it being fix instantly. The staff was helpful and even their manager Natasha comes from KK to check if everything is in order. The service and hospitality by the host is very good. We loved the scenery, . My family have a good time with nature and also the Cats there is so cute and taken care well . Overall, if you want a private event with your family, connect with nature and the sea this is the perfect place to go.. They using solar DC so make sure your HP charge full and bring a power bank before coming. It's a very friendly and sustainability environment.. Will we come again? InshaAllah highly recommended.

We had an amazing time. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. It's older but very clean! We stayed in a hut right on the sand, and the sound of the ocean was awesome with the most beautiful sunset! It is well worth the money. The food was excellent and well priced. We did a jungle trekking to the lookout, which was beautiful. We took a boat ride to an island with some nice guests from Australia and Austria. They dropped us off, and we snorkeled and then picked us up. That was awesome! We had a rainy day, so we booked a tour for a boat ride to see the firefly and see proboscis monkey. They organized it and came with us on the tour. Besides being a little wet, the tour was fun! All the stuff we did was very inexpensive. We felt so safe and comfortable there. We are so happy we spent 3 nights and that was perfect! I highly recommend this place if you like the camping resort vibe!
