Ian and Jing were amazing hosts but there appears to be no connection to phones while people are in the downstairs flat (so tricky to contact others to ask them to come up to the car to unpack it!!) The beach truly is on the doorstep which meant we sat on the picnic table in the public park enjoying the sunshine. Great spot and lovely hosts!

Half Moon Bay Motel exceeded our expectations. The place was very large and comfortable and had a kitchen and fridge with a lovely out door seating facing the sea. The beds were comfortable and there was a nice divider between our sons bed and our bed with a large seating area. We loved how quiet it was with no road noise and there was a lovely view of the sailing harbour. Everything we needed was walking distance to walking boardwalk, cafes, grocery stores, restaurants and the sea! I even found a post office beside the cafes. A wonderful getaway for our family. We will definitely stay again.

The Waterfront Motel is located on the promenade of Bucklands Beach, just a 20-minute drive from Botany town centre. It offers self-contained apartments with an outdoor pool. Free WiFi is provided.

This was a last-minute purchase! But, the host were very accommodating and lovely! The deco was elegant and high quality. The bed was absolutely beautiful to sleep on. I would recommend this to any travelers or just someone that wants to get away for a night! I will be back in the near future!!
