Great value for money, great location, just a short stroll to one of the best raw beaches we've seen in Oman, with calmer waters for swimming -north facing, so it's Oman Gulf waters and not Arabian sea-. Staff is super friendly and accommodating, especially Abdullah. We had a great stay here, so much that after rounding our Oman trip we stayed here again, on our way back to Muscat.

Very nice guest house, well located for exploring the region and very friendly atmosphere. Thank you Salem for your very warm welcome. We have excellent memories of our stay; the room was very pleasant, very clean and the food was excellent and plentiful. Even our little dog was welcome. When we come back to Ras El Had, we will come straight to your place.

Very nice location with a beautiful garden and sitting area. The hosts were super welcoming, very knowledgeable and very helpful with the things to do in the area. They propose breakfast and dinner (dinner only when there is fresh fish which is a very good sign of quality - there is also a good restaurant 5min away by car). The bed is massive and comfortable. Very clean room

So we were unsure whether to book this or not because of the reviews here, but took the risk! The property was absolute AMAZING, the location was perfect, but the staff were unbelievable! I mentioned it’s one of our friends birthdays and he went out to FILL the villa with balloons, decorations, birthday cake, candy, and lots of other fun things for when we arrived! We all arrived at awkward timings but he made sure to meet us super early to check in. He arranged a chef to cook us a bbq, constantly made sure we were well looked after, the villa is amazing, clean, comfortable, awesome cinema room, the pool and jacuzzi were amazing, and there’s a steam room! Huge villa but still very homely feeling, 100% recommend and we will definitely be back soon! Again thank you so much to the staff for making sure we were well looked after and going above and beyond at every stage! You were awesome !

I particularly enjoyed sitting on the terrace, listening to the ocean. Our small house had a beautiful sea view. The resort beach was sandy, perfect for a great swim. The sea water was super clear, and we couldn't get enough of it. We also enjoyed a swim in the quiet pool next to the beach. Pool had a guard. The food for dinner and breakfast was pretty good, depending on what you pick. The freshly grilled chicken was fantastic. The spiced rice and french fries were tasty too. Breakfast had a variety of delicious fruits. There was live music during dinner, creating a really chill atmosphere. I wished we could have stayed an extra day. The staff were really friendly. It's a great place for families, with playgrounds for kids. Or pick a book, sit in the terrace and listen to the waves :)

The staff was very helpful, thank you! The room was very clean, the grounds were beautiful, even better than in the photos. The bed was comfortable, and the excursion was great. We saw glowing plankton.

Al Sukun is an absolute gem! The fantastic location right on the beach makes it a perfect place to visit Al Hadd and its beach.
