We had a wonderful stay at Lene’s Condo at Marina Spatial. The unit was impeccably clean and had a modern, cozy feel. It was well-stocked with essentials, including toiletries, drinking water, coffee, and other basic necessities, making our stay even more convenient. The check-in process was seamless, and the owner was incredibly attentive to our needs. What truly stood out was their thoughtfulness—when we accidentally left our son’s toy behind at checkout, they immediately informed us and kept it safe until we could retrieve it. Overall, a fantastic experience, and we highly recommend this place!

The best hostess! It is an amazing little gem🤩 They make you feel so welcome, they are layed back and you can feel that they enjoy being your hosts! Since we had the place for our selves one night, they even set up a Romantic dinner for us at the beach with candlelight and delicious food! The house is amazing, with a stunning view, clean pool and perfect facilities. If we could give 11, we would 👌🏽

It's not really a hotel. Just a very nice middle-aged lady who is renting out some rooms. It's right at the sea and very quiet and there is a common kitchen so you can cook yourself if you like. I really enjoyed my stay but wouldn't recommend it for people who don't like animals. There are a few cats roaming around and two dogs. All very friendly and one dog always stayed by my side. Really cute Perfect fit for family, pairs and even families - considering you like cats and dogs. Would stay there again any time.. Also good starting Point for ventures right between bacong and dumaguete

Placed in the most exclusive zone of Dumaguete, you have at 5 min walking the new boulevard, where the best restaurants and party places are. But no worries you won't hear any noise. Also, Lantaw, the best restaurant of the town is exactly in front About the unit, it has good air conditioned, fast internet and a super comfortable bed for two, not to speak about the massive TV. Overall, I was moving around other accommodations in the Philippines, and this is easily in the top 3 of them. Not to mention that the owner allowed me to check out later when my flight got delayed

There was a warm welcome from all the staff. We were greeted in a way that shows they care for their clients. Staff provided honest and correct information. For example, a local driver who could transport to sand bar(Manjuyod sandbar) also, good local seafood restaurant. The view across the sea was wonderful, providing a tranquil and yet stimulating environment. The comforting care made us feel at ho.me. The quality of service was second to none. The hotels cleanliness is exceptional

The staff showed us family like hospitality and helped us with every aspect of our stay. The dive instructors were proffesional and showed us thing we never thought we would see. Must go to if you're a diving traveller. The area is lovely and very peaceful.
