it is amazing place to stay! Jesse, the owner, did everything for me to feel comfortable- he cooked delicious meals and went snorkelling with me! The place is full of lovely rescue dogs and cats and has great atmosphere! There is nice swimming/ snorkelling area just step from the property, all the staff is great and cheap and tasty food to buy on site. Room and the bathroom are clean and comfortable. There is a quick and easy access to Jagna town and the port. I stayed for three nights and coming back for more in few days 😊

The drive from the airport to the resort is about two hours, but believe me it's worth it and then some. The view of the resort private beach is spectacular, the staff are extremely friendly and kind, and the food is the best i had in the Philippine. The owner, fred, is a gentleman, he sat with us to tell us about the place and asked if we needed anything. Best resort experience I've ever had, it was like visiting a friend I never knew I had.

Booked 1 night,stayed 14 nights.Loved this place.I was at end of 6 month journey,I was looking for a affordable,friendly, quiet place, and this was it.The owner,and all staff,amazing people,will do everything to make u comfortable.The property over looking the ocean, beautiful, snorkeling is good,whale sharks,turtles,can be seen in area.Not much around area,as for night life or shopping,but they have scooter rentals.I loved my stay here,thank you for everything.

The view is just amazing! Perfect location on the beach, super friendly staff and the accommodation is very authentic. It is not super luxurious kind of place, it is a homy place to enjoy the nature and slow down.

We are a South Indian family and found to the food in Philippines to be not to our taste except in J&R. Even my 3 year old kid enjoyed the food and being fed watching the waves. The food was excellent and the beach was gorgeous. Only had the opportunity to stay for 1 day, but I wish we had stayed longer. My wife had a massage and pedicure which she was very happy about.

We had a very cozy stay! The staff, amenities, garden, and sea view were amazing. I loved everything about the room; it's a great value for your money.

We chose to stay at 1Peace Resort since we were searching for a location with a different vibe from Alona Beach. We made this choice because of the excellent ratings and the private beach, and we were happy we did. All of the staff, Berto, and Freddy—are very friendly and helpful. The relaxed and welcoming atmosphere is something we truly appreciated. You are welcome to attend the communal dinner that is served every evening. The food is delicious. It is a very unique location with a positive vibe that allows you to unwind and enjoy yourself. You can actually swim from the beach to the resort's dive spots, where you can see some really interesting marine species like sea turtles, sea snakes, lion fish, sting rays, and more. Freddy is a fantastic dive master and will be glad to show for you! The location is quite distinctive and definitely worth visiting; I'd be happy to return one day and stay longer!

The hotel is directly on the beach. It has its own beachfront area along with a beachfront bar and restaurant. The beach is a 10/10. Love this place. Friendly owner from Germany, friendly staff, and fun to chat with some fellow expats. You can book a scooter through the hotel for 400 pesos per day. Wifi is strong and reliable. If taking the bus from Tagbilaran, ask to be dropped off at the Anda Public Market, and the hotel is a short walk down the street.

We stayed 4 nights in a beach view cottage and 3 in the beach front cottage, so I will review each separately during this review We arrived after a long journey from the UK and a 2.5 hour drive from the ferry very tired, but we were greeted by such friendly staff, a fresh coconut juice and a cold flannel, so we instantly felt refreshed and and so welcome. The view as you walk through the restaurant to the pool area, with the white sand, blue sea and palm trees is just beautiful - feels like walking into paradise. Beng able to see amazing sunsets to the right of the beach and sunrise to the left, was incredible. Food was very tasty, there was good choice and it was very reasonable, considering you were in a resort. It is a small and intimate resort and rooms are large, clean with good shower and aircon. The wifi system works well in the room, restaurant & pool area. We stayed in a beach view room for the first 4 days as that was all that was available. They were absolutely fine and very similar in style to the beach front ones, just set back a bit further, so you can see the sea from outside, but not hear the waves and watch the view from inside the room. Beach front rooms weren’t available immediately, so we changed halfway through our stay - well worth it. These beach front rooms have full glass sliding doors so you have a full sea view even from inside the room and can hear the waves lapping on the sand. There are a few other things minor touches in the beach front rooms that aren’t in the ones further back, so if you can, it’s worth the extra money, we’ll, we thought so anyway. Anda as an area is very quiet and resort based, last orders in the restaurant is at 9pm, so if you’re looking for a party atmosphere, this isn’t the place, you’d be better off at Alona Beach in Panglao!! There is however a town, maybe 25/30 mins along the beach, that is very accessible and a tuktuk return is only php150 each way.

There are many swimming pools in the resort, and there is a beach right in front of the accommodation. I think it is the best resort facility, and the staff is very friendly.
