Whoa! This hotel exceeded my expectations on so many levels. Everything is brand new and pristine clean - like 15/10, and while showers in Philippines look very funny sometimes, this hotel did it just right! The rooms are so comfortable and good looking, and suitable for highly sensitive people too! If you really want a comfy and visually pleasing experience with plenty of room and the best sleep, I recommend the studio room upstairs - if you don’t care about visuals and just want the best sleep, the more basic rooms are fine as well! I will never forget how warm, helpful and lovely the staff were… I felt like home… And the location is the best: decent private beach just under the hotel, and a beautiful snorkelling sanctuary with turtles right next to the hotel… There is plenty of very good restaurants in a walking distance from this hotel, and it’s very easy to get a tuktuk here if you just get on the street and wave at a driver. It’s very easy to get to places from here even if you don’t have a driver’s licence. I will never ever forget this, and would definetly love to return - and I really know of good hotels let me tell you… I could keep on writing…

Excellent rooms with perfect sea view!! The family was very nice and helpful, we even got a little breakfast although it wasn't included. They organised a tricycle ride for us and offered to take us snorkeling to see the turtles which where next to the property. There is a staircase from the property to the sea, so you have access to Tubod Beach.

We booked Salamya at the last minute, as we were struggling to find other places closer to the center. However, despite being a little farther away, I absolutely loved everything about it. From the moment I first contacted Ms. Dianne, she graciously accommodated every query I had. She even recommended spots before we had even booked with them. I appreciated the sea view, and the unit was spotlessly clean! The decor, welcome signage, and cozy ambiance of the room all added to our wonderful stay. Thank you so much! We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Salamya and would gladly return.

I was very lucky to find this amazing and charming place. The house is peaceful and relaxing. The room is spacious and clean, set in a beautiful garden—and how amazing is it to have a private beach! Paul and Mechelle are incredibly kind and attentive, always ready to help with anything you might need. I am so grateful to them for making my stay so pleasant. I will definitely come back here!

Stayed in the "Sydney" room. It is a beautiful resort, wonderful pool, beach front, great dive operation, brilliant El Kabron bar and stunning sunsets. It is a family run place that makes you feel like being part of the family. Each and everyone that work there is as lovely!. I would definitely come here again!

I had a great stay at blue house. The location is really good: in central San Juan & I could walk to lots of restaurants & all the bars. It has a private bit of beachfront with swing seats where you can chill & it looked so pretty at night with the lights. The showers were good, everything was very clean & there's a kitchen you can use & free coffee. The French owners were super nice & helpful. They also had a generator & starlink so we always had power & internet during the island power outages. Cant recommend this hostel enough. Would definitely stay here again.

Love shack had an amazing family feel to it. The rooms and bathroom were also always clean and comfortable. The staff truly make this place, always offering to help with anything you need. The location is great with beautiful beaches and some restaurants close by, however you do need to rent a scooter to see most the island.
