We loved everything; the 4-bedroom house with a huge kitchen and living area from where we had an amazing view over the river valley. Beautifully restored old Portuguese countryside house, with plenty of space for our group of 7. The children enjoyed the separate living room with a huge tv that they could connect to their Nintendo. Most of all we enjoyed the outside - the swimming pool, the lawn, the lakeshore small beach almost only for ourselves, the available SUP boards and canoe. The owner, Hugo, is very friendly and responds promptly. Sr. Antonio was equally friendly, and very helpful answering all my questions. We missed the house from the moment we left!

This house has literally everything you can think of and need! Padel boards and kayak boats to make use of on your private (!!!) beach, huge balcony with a wonderful dining table, board games for adults and kids, fireplace for a winter trip, and an all stacked kitchen for a big cookout with your family or friends. The host is very nice and left us some treats on our arrival and all the bathrooms also had a showering and moisturiser kits. The house has its own “mini supermarket” in case you need something that you forgot to get at the store. We were there for 1 week in September and the weather was not the best but the house made it worthwhile even with the rain, so I would definitely book a stay here during winter as much as summer!
