Exceptional service I felt like I was at home with the hospitality I experienced. If there was an option to give above five stars I would. The entire staff couldn’t have done more for me. The care was so personal and everything was always taken care of. Kutub looked after my room service which was always above 100 % and Hassan was always taking care of things when I was leaving or coming back after a day out to make sure everything was perfect for me. I really appreciated it. I am always very particular with my needs while I am on holiday and honestly the entire staff and management here exceeded my expectations and I never had the words to describe how grateful I was. I am also vegetarian and the breakfast food as well as restaurants on site always had nice food available.

I love this property: stunning, of good taste, never flashy always classy. Staff is extremely kind and caring, service is exceptional. It’s my home away from home when in Doha. Special mention this time to Deeksith at the breakfast who heard me cough and came spontaneously with ginger tea and honey and to Élyas at the pool who is caring and provides excellent customer service. He noticed my habits and made sure I find my gazebo and towels everyday. Overall, the level of attention and care at St Regis is above average. I’ve never experienced it anywhere else in the world, while I travel a lot to 5-star hotels. Thanks to the whole team.

I really liked that there was an Irish pub in the hotel. The beach is very nicely developed. The staff is very polite and helpful.

It is indeed a great experience the staff are friendly and approachable, about the breakfast it was sumptuous and exceeds our expectation. Everything! The impressive architecture and decor. The pool, the sea, the room with balcony, breakfast buffet was impressive, room service, willingness of staff to secure transport.

Location was great and the security and reception staff very friendly and Manan assisted with a taxi payment when the taxis card machine didn’t work. Highly recommend the stay.
