The staff were all so kind, helpful, ready to arrange whatever we needed - Rose was our server at breakfast for most of our 6-night stays, and their service is unpaired. They arranged a breakfast alteration for each dietary restriction my husband or I requested. Ramzee is an incredible manager and he makes each guest feel welcome and settled. The rooms are spacious, cleaned daily, and the balcony views are incredible (at least ours was from the 11th floor). We will be back and gladly recommend this location to all - Pearl is a beautiful part of Doha to be in. 😍

The outside pool was heated, which was great since we were there in February. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpfull. The food, especially dinners were unbelievable. Great gym and other facilities.

People: From the first entrance to the hotel to the final ride to the airport the hotel's team hospitality was above all expectations. Our big thanks to the team who made our stay comfortable and memorable and I would like to extend my special thanks to people who made our room during our stay as our daughter spent a lot of time in the room preparing for exams and they had only short intervals when we went out for lunch or dinner to do their job which they did exceptionally well and with great respect. The hotel also also offered us early check-in and late check-out which helped us to enjoy Doha on the days of arrival and departure. Amenities: Everything was in excellent condition. The room is equipped with everything necessary including tea pot, Nespresso machine and iron as well as ironing board which proved to be very useful with morning mist in Doha while we were there. There were also lots of free water bottles delivered daily in the room which helped in hot weather. Our room was on the 14th floor, elevator arrived in seconds after the call, we never waited. Breakfast: Excellent food and service. Good start for the day. Try spicy mixture in juices section, very refreshing. Beach: Hotel partners with Doha Sands Beach across the road. Very clean beach and water, we went there almost every day in the morning. Beach provides free towels and one free bottle of water. General: Hotel is great, vibrant place to live in with restaurants, live performances and spa to visit next time.

Beautiful hotel! The hall is just amazing, huge spaces, very clean and smells heavenly! We booked a superior room with sea & city view with a private balcony and we really loved it. Everything is perfect: huge spaces, a beautiful garden, private pool & beach! Definetly we will come back.

I liked everything in the hotel. The friendly level and the provisionally which was followed up and watched by the manager Mr. Ahmed Saeed and that what I saw with my eyes. There was a problem in bathroom (which was slowed later) but what I really liked how it was followed up and solved by Mr. Ahmed Saeed when he check the problem, recognised it, put the alternative solutions and carry it out all in 15 mnts only. Location was great and the security and reception staff very friendly and Manan assisted with a taxi payment when the taxis card machine didn’t work. Highly recommend the stay.
