Location is good, it is close to the city center and metro just 23 minutes of walk. Also you can walk straight by the seaside till the Bidda Park and Souq Waqif which among the must see. Hotel has its private beach area, provide with towel, sunbed and umbrella. I appreciate the hospitality and help of reception, so also cleaning was beyond expectation. Private beach, lots of pool area, and restaurant options. I certainly also loved and enjoyed the spa treatment I did, so worth the try if you want to pamper yourself.
