I can get only high rate this apartments. Our vacation was amazing. Cozy, comfortable, clean and location were super. They have all kitchen equipment for cooking (including salt, sugar) and also in apart has washing machine, microwave-oven, gas stove. Nice beach Anse Royale for relaxing, local market and mini-market are nearby this Apart. You can get some groceries in mini-market which is located in this building (Food Pro). Royale Suites has free-parking for your rental car (I think it was good idea to rent a car on Mahé.) By the way we’ve seen sting ray on the Beach Anse Royale. Take with you equipment for snorkeling 🤿 Beach Anse Royale has some coral reef. Huge thanks Christine for our staying. We really liked it ❤️

The hotel is opposite a beach (2 minutes walk), the staff is very friendly (especially Mandy - waiter) and the food at the restaurant is fantastic! The pancake after breakfast and the Butter Chicken for dinner is highly recommended. The room has the basic necessities and the shower was good. The view from the hotel is spectacular 24/7. Highly recommended to order a drink from the bar and relax at the pool before sunset.

We loved it there. The room was extremely clean and well equipted. The staff helpful, kind and very friendly. We also loved the view of the ocean right from our balcony, you can even watch the ocean right from the bed. Cannot forget the delicious breakfast, it was just amazing to dine directly in your room as long as you want to.

This hotel truly deserves a 5-star rating. My entire stay at Avani+ was exceptional from the attentive service to the genuine hospitality shown by every staff member. My friend and I felt like royalty from the moment we arrived. The refreshing welcome popsicle was the perfect touch after our journey, and the stunning view from the lobby instantly reminded us why we chose Avani+ It felt like a home away from home, with each night offering a new layer of paradise. The unlimited breakfast buffet was a standout, with a wide variety of fresh fruits and delicious options, all enjoyed with a beautiful view. The rooms were spotless with crisp, clean sheets, and every staff interaction was warm, friendly, and helpful. The concierge and entire team greeted us with smiles and were always eager to assist. Everyone was so consistently amazing that it’s impossible to single out just one person. Although I didn’t get a chance to explore the spa and gym facilities, I was impressed by how well-equipped and inviting they looked definitely something to look forward to next time. My husband and I stayed at Anantara Maia Seychelles Villas for our honeymoon and my birthday for a week from the end of May to early June. We had an amazing experience at the villas, as heavenly as Seychelles itself. We have to say the villa and the whole team exceeded our expectations - of course, you expect certain things in luxury hotels, but what impressed us the most is how effortless everything is under the care of everyone here, the exact reason why we picked it here. We want to express our special thanks to our butler Anton, the Director of Operations Anil Kumar, our taxi drivers Pat and Kelvin, and a few more staffs we don’t remember the names of including spa teams, buggy teams, front desks, the ladies who checked in and out for us, restaurant chefs and staffs, beach staffs, taxi drivers, and people who we randomly met at the villas and simply said hi to us. Thank you all for making our experience so special. I wish you all the best and I look forward to staying at Anantara Maia Seychelles Villas again in the future.
