Location. Quiet, private and intimate place. Lovely beach. We loved the villa, the rooms were absolutely incredible - huge and beautiful design. Amazing views. Clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Food was good, lot’s of variety. Good coffee. Staff incredible. Nice pool area. Wonderful experience.

The room was cosy and very clean. Bed was really comfortable, and the view from the terrace (room A4) was breathtaking. All the staff members were super welcoming, polite, and helpful with anything we needed. The beach is about a 3 minute walk through an alleyway.

The best hosts in Kata! Had an absolute lovely staying, Sam and his wife are warm, friendly, welcoming, helpful and professional. Room was tidy and neat and had a fridge. Water, watermelon and toast are provided 24/7. Perfectly located shorts walks from 3 beautiful but crowded beaches. I would definitely book this accommodation again if I return to kata. Thank you!

Everything was excellent, good breakfast, nice people, easy check in, location, 7-eleven newly opened next door, cleaning everyday, balcony, mini fridge in room, comfortable bed.

Location is perfect - really quiet spot near night market and beach. Also spacious room, airconditioning, towels, fridge and common kitchen area. Homestay owners were really lovely and gave us really good local food place recommendations and deals for boat day trips, therefore it is not wise to buy tickets beforehand online (especially recommend PhiPhi boat tour). All in all, our stay there was amazing!
