The hotel is very luxurious. The rooms are very clean and have everything you need for a pleasant stay. The breakfast is excellent and very varied. The location is central and all sights are within easy walking distance, as well as the tram station, Kapali Bazaar. The hotel staff is very friendly kind and always helpful. Special praise for kindness and a nice welcome as well as departure go to Ozgur, Furkan, Enes and Salih. I am sure that I will return to this same hotel again because this kind of service is hard to find in Istanbul.

Great location, the hotel is just a couple of steps away from the old city, i.e., Hagia Sophia, Sultanahmet Camii, Topkapı, and Kapalı Çarşı. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a coffee and tea bar. The breakfast was excellent. The reception staff were extremely kind, polite, and welcoming!

This cute and cozy hotel has everything we needed and wanted for our short trip to Istanbul - great location- just a couple of minutes of walk from many historical and shopping attractions on that side od Istanbul, really nice bedroom with a Bosphor view and roomy terrace, everyday fresh bottles of water and a teapot with teabags and coffee sticks included, nice and clean bathroom with a great working blowdryer, cute little cafeteria with just fine selection of breakfast food and drinks. Pricing is reasonable. The hotel staff is made of very pleasant and approachable young people, always there to help in a calm and patient manner, they're not pushy in any sort of way. Also, their English knowledge comes as a great plus! We will be returning to this sweet hotel first chance, since Istanbul has blown us away. 😊

The hotel room is clean, the breakfast is simple and delicious with a great view of the Blue Mosque. The staff is very friendly especially Erhan who let us borrow his tram card for a trip on a rainy day. They staff is also very helpful in providing directions and recommendations for things to do and places to eat. The location is very convenient and close to many delicious restaurants and the top tourist attractions. When we checked out they even presented us with some Turkish Delight as souvenirs.

The gentleman in the receiption and the lady in the resturant for brakefast were so kind, polite and helpful, the location was perfect but everything was small in the hotel, specialy the size of the room, it was good for our saty of one night in Istanbul, because there are many attractive things to visit around the hotel.
