But now for the positive things that make you love the hotel. The management and staff are very friendly and accommodating. The house and the rooms are very clean, and the room service is excellent. I felt very comfortable almost like home. The next day the internet worked and the breakfast was of very good quality. Although the hotel was fully booked, there was no stress or rush. A big THANKS to the staff, you couldn't do better 👍👍. I go to Taiwan twice a year and I love coming back. Although this hotel only has three stars, it surpasses most four-star hotels I know in terms of quality and performance. A big compliment to the management and the employees 🙏🙏 PS: I have never slept in such big and such good beds😍

We booked this hotel due to the closeness to the airport and the location near Tamsui. The location were just perfect for my needs. The hotel is brand new, great design, wonderful view to the river, great facilities such as Osen, pool and a childrens pool. We booked also the evening buffet, that were exceeded our expectations by far. There were all kind of fish, snails, mussels, lobsters, sushi,sashimins, all kind of meat and vegetables dishes, all kind side dishes, endless choices of cake, ice cream, drinks. It was a wonderful experience. The same were the breakfast.

Amazing location and view and the room we had was very large and roomy with lots of amenities. The hotel has a lot of great things on-site but also loads of Fisheman's Wharf entertainment is nearby.
