I had a wonderful experience! The location was peaceful and quiet. I especially loved the breathtaking view of the lake from the room window. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I ordered breakfast to my room and it was great to enjoy some food with the stunning view.

The location is amazing and the room that I was assigned was massively big. It was very comfortable and walking distance to all the nice spots in Chicago.

The Sonesta hotel was lovely. The breakfast was a little lacking in choice and flavor, but it worked. Fresh coffee / tea in reception all day. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
