The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. All the staff we encountered were charming and helpful. The location was not what we expected in that it was several miles away from Jackson, but easy to find and park. The bed was the most comfortable we had during our US road trip. Full marks.

Excellent place! The staff work not just fast, but extremely fast. We arrived around 1:30 AM, and within 5 minutes we were already in our room. Great breakfast, very clean, quiet, and comfortable. Everything was simply excellent.

The staff!!! They are like family. I'm a patient at Mayo Clinic and I love the welcoming environment. The shuttle to and from Mayo is convenient and a big plus. The rooms have kitchenettes so I have a choice to make my own meals or eat at the restaurant.
