Excellent location - right on the beach and very central to Maui. The neighbors were friendly. Plenty of parking. For the price, much more room than a hotel. A lot cleaner than our previous Maui lodging. No bugs around.

Location, location, location! Wow. We stayed in the lo rise apartments right on the beach front. Less than a 30 second walk to the beach. Could hear the ocean from almost any part of the apartment when we had the balcony doors open. Fabulous snorkeling on the beach too, including some HUGE turtles. Unbelievable, seriously beautiful!

We really enjoyed our stay at Kuahale Makai. It was a lovely location right on the beach. The apartment was clean and spacious and had everything we needed for our stay.
