We had no idea what to expect but we loved what we found! Wow. These are fantastic houseboats in the most stunning location and they are spotlessly clean, comfortable, well equipped and judging by other reviews, the owner listens to feedback! (We noticed that there had been some screening between boats added for extra privacy). We stayed in late November, it was unusually chilly for the time of year, but found the accommodation to be more than comfortable despite the cooler climates. During the summer, the boats have two very good size AC units which I am sure would be very welcome. The kitchen was well stocked with amenities and a full size fridge which we made use of for a few soft drinks, milk etc for morning coffee. We had no issues with smell from the on board toilet at all and both of us used the shower - we were told about the additional bathrooms on site when we checked in but for as a couple, we certainly didn’t need to use them. Also really appreciated having a dedicated car parking space per boat. Overall a really excellent experience and nice environment, would 100% come back here.

Convenient location, friendly hosts, private beach, free bikes and boards, honesty drinks, nice room and comfy bed, everything was in good condition and we enjoyed our stay.

Absolutely everything. Such a cute setup and the location was perfect.

we took the free of charge canoe at the pier and we saw a manatee! it was great! but be careful, the canoes are quite unstable, it was risky and wet experience, but totally worth it! Free coffee with milk from coffee kiosk in the mornings on the pier. Laundry available for hotel visitors, small additional price. The lady at the reception was nice and helpful. There was party in the room next to ours, but it ended before 10 pm and no problem. We really enjoyed. Yes, planes are cruising quite low, but the airport is just next to the property, and there are only small planes.

The motel has the old Florida vibe, and we loved it so much! The man in the reception was super sweet. Great big room, fine bathroom. The location was nice too.

Great location, beautiful sunset views. The resort was exceptionally clean and staff were lovely - very friendly and helpful. Liked it so much we have booked again on return journey back up the keys

We spent a lovely time at the Isla Bella Hotel. From the arrival - with a champagne welcome - till our departure, we had a wonderful stay: the location, the rooms, the restaurants - everything was fantastic. Quite expensive, but worth it!
