The contact was very nice, the code was specifically tailored to me so nobody could re-use it which gave me a safe feeling. The room was clean and the extra-bed we needed was already in the apartment. Cooking was possible which was very nice for us as family. The room was quiet and we did not hear any neighbors.

The property was very clean, had a reserved parking spot which was nice. If you are not planning on having a car the location is not ideal as there was nothing to do in a walking distance. However, if you have a car it is pretty central. There were two good food places very close by. Just to know there is no private beach like mentioned on booking. Overall we had a great stay.

The staff is one of the highlights. Always helpful and nice. The tours are not only a great way to explore around, sice they are free (don't forget to tip, they do an amazing job!!) but are also a great way to meet other travelers. And the pancakes in the morning are amazing! Great way to start the day in Maui.

We were only on Maui for 9 hours and leaving for another island, so the location close to the airport was nice. Getting keys was easy at our late hour of arrival. Room had a coffee machine to make a couple cups of coffee, and we were on our way the next morning.

Location is close to the airport and fairly central to get to various attractions on the island. There is a grocery store just around the corner and a number of restaurants are close by within walking distance. The room itself was comfortable enough for my wife and I. If you are like most travellers to Maui you’re probably going to be out and about most of the time anyways. The room had a little mini fridge so you can keep your beverages cool. The shared area had a microwave, toaster & coffee machine so you can make a little breakfast before heading out. They have a self serve laundry available for $5. Bathroom was clean and stocked with soap. In terms of value if you’re on a budget and you don’t mind sharing a bathroom this is about 1/2 the price of a regular hotel or any Airbnb I found.

Located 15 minutes’ walk from Maui Arts and Cultural Center, Maui Seaside Hotel is 10 miles from Kihei Beach. An outdoor pool and restaurant are located on-site.
