Staff were lovely and helpful, rooms were clean, beds were comfy and we were able to use the rooftop pool when we arrived early morning until our room was ready. Location is perfect 2 minute walk to the beach and plenty of food options in both directions when you leave the hotel. 10/10

We were extreamly pleased with the Hotel as everything was above what we expected and of a high standard. From the minute we arrived the staff were exceptionally polite and went out their way to make us feel relaxed and comfortable,   A special thank you to Trang and Linh two restaurant waitresses who were very polite helpful and some of the best I have seen in any hotel. Also the little girl in reception with glasses was more than helpful when we checked in as I had forgot my credit card but advised I could use my Apple Pay from my phone which solved everything . The restaurant was very clean well organised and had a very good selection of delicious food. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to anyone as it is close to the beach in a quiet area and deserves its 5 star rating

Everything is very new and clean. Room was very spacious and the decor was modern and beautiful. Loved our bathroom and the view of the beach which they kindly upgraded us to. Every team member always greeted us and was always so helpful and polite, the service was exceptional. The buffet breakfast was also great! We enjoyed the free yoga class as well. We have been to Melia in Ho Tram and must say the Gran Melia is next level, really enjoyed our stay here.

It's actually a very good hotel for the price. Very friendly staff, they were ready to help from the beginning to the end of the arrival,the cleanliness in the rooms and in general in the hotel is very good. It is worth noting the kitchen, there are many types of food, fruits and drinks for breakfast. The pool is also very nice, with a beautiful view, it's a pity I didn't have time to visit the SPA, I'm sure everything is fine there too. I will recommend it, thank you for a good hotel and good luck to all the staff.

Everything is very new and clean. Room was very spacious and the decor was modern and beautiful. Loved our bathroom and the view of the beach which they kindly upgraded us to. It's actually a very good hotel for the price. Lovely property with a perfect location! Directly opposite a gorgeous beach and close to lots of restaurants. The rooms were lovely and had an amazing view on the ocean. Bed was comfy, aircon and wifi worked well and great shower! Staff were really friendly and always greeted you with a smile. Would definitely recommend this place. Also had a lovely seating area on the roof to watch the sunset.

I reserved a beachfront pool villa, which is conveniently located right on the beach, making access to the shore as easy as strolling to my backyard. This is undoubtedly the prime beach location I've experienced. Beyond this, there's little else to desire. The villa offers spacious rooms and a large pool, perfect for swimming and having fun with kids.
