The property is 5 km from Louvre Abu Dhabi and 5 km from Boutik Mall. Everything was nice. The kids enjoyed it. Staff are great and we had lot of fun in there.

I had to leave for Abu Simbel at 4 AM and they kindly prepared a breakfast box for me, which I really appreciated. The place was very clean, and the garden is beautiful and relaxing, especially in the evening. The only thing to keep in mind is that since the Elephantine island is not connected by bridges, if you need to check out at night you should arrange the boat transfer in advance.

It offers an outdoor pool, a gym and 8 restaurants. All the staff were kind and helpful, especially Sublam. I truly appreciate the excellent service provided by everyone. This trip was fantastic from the moment we stepped out of the airport where we were greeted by a hotel limousine. The room was perfect and the view was spectacular. The pool and proximity to the beach just right and the staff were so kind and helpful - the service could not be faulted.

I am always vigilant when it comes to my wife’s wellbeing, especially in moments of emergency or vulnerability. The staff — particularly one extraordinary gentleman of Nepalese background (I regret forgetting his name) — went above and beyond.
