The condo is part of a new construction and spacious/comfortable. I had a small balcony attached to the room. With respect to the location, it's a 5min walk to the beach, which was nice. Many hotels and apartments in the area, and crowded with vacationers/families so parking and driving in the area takes some effort. I felt very safe. Many great restaurant options in the area, and convenience stores. Kliti was absolutely a pleasure to deal with, prompt responses, professional, and very helpful. He goes out of the way to make sure everything is in place or resolved. Highly recommend!

All the nessessery things. Food we had in the restaurants close to the apartment - very tasty!! We can recommend the place to all travellers - families, friends, pairs.

Met the owners and they were so lovely and very helpful . The room was clean , spacious and well decorated . The location was great . The beach is about 2 mins away from the hotel . Breakfast was lovely . The attractions were breathtaking. Definitely l will revisit. I recommend comfort suites for your stay, you get value for your money.

While the hotel is perched atop a hill and not directly by the sea, this actually became one of its charming features, thanks to the fantastic golf cart shuttle service. This complimentary shuttle took us back and forth to the beach with ease, and we highly recommend taking advantage of it – it made beach access incredibly convenient and enjoyable. The true "killing application" of this hotel, however, is undoubtedly the breakfast location. Situated on the fifth floor, it offers a panoramic view of all the surrounding scenery that is simply breathtaking. Starting your day with such a vista is an unforgettable experience. Beyond the view, the breakfast itself was incredibly rich and very tasty, with a wide variety of delicious options. The service from the entire hotel team was nothing short of astonishing. From general inquiries to specific requests like laundry, everything was handled with incredible efficiency and a friendly demeanor. It truly made us feel valued and well-cared for. Our room was very spacious and comfortable, providing ample space to relax. The shower was excellent, delivering great water pressure and temperature, and met our expectations perfectly. Overall, this hotel offers a unique and highly enjoyable experience. If you're looking for a tranquil setting with spectacular views, exceptional service, and don't mind a short, pleasant shuttle ride to the beach, we wholeheartedly recommend this wonderful hilltop retreat!

Seats and umbrellas around the pool and on the beach included. And what a great restaurant. We had dinner there. Great food and great staff. Maybe a little more expensive than other restaurants in the neighbourhood, but the quality is so much better! If I would come back to Golem, I would not hesitate to book the same hotel…

Appartment was very clean, and equiped with everything we needed from fresh towels and bedlinens, changed every couple days, to kitchen utensils and cookware. It was close to the beach, with nice sandy beach and beautiful sunsets. And 2 minutes to the local aquapark with funny slides. Hotel is run by a fantastic couple Elena and Artur, always willing to help ;) We recommend this place and we would like to come back there in the future
