The large living area features satellite TV and a DVD/CD player. Some studios have a balcony. Location was 10/10. Right on Hastings Street with beach access and also 2 pools. Will definitely be back.

Gina’s place exceeded me and my partners expectations. Gina was very warm and welcoming. The amenities were spot on, the bed was so comfy and the place was spotless. Her neighbor is also really friendly and the dog down the stairs is really cute as well! We genuinely couldn’t have asked for anything more and we will be staying here again when we come to visit the sunny cost!

About 20 minutes walk to the beach if you don't have a car. Easily doable. The owner always answered questions promptly and friendly. We loved sitting on the balcony to enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Would definitely go back there again.

Comfortable bed. Staff kept the place clean. Plently of fresh towels and linen. I especially enjoyed my daily work outs in the "gym".
