Our room was cozy. Incredibly helpful, kind and willing staff at the reception and in the restaurant. Great food for breakfast and as well for dinner. Our room was always clean and it was really relaxing place to stay. We had to admit that we are so overwhelmed by all the extra things the hotel offers - full access to OVAVERA, transport tickets (including cable cars) or lunch boxes for hikes! When we came, Paul welcomed us so nicely (we are traveling pretty often and have never experienced so warm and helpful introduction) and booked for us a table at the restaurant right away. Also he explained us what to do around. All other receptionist were also incredibly helpful. We even prolonged our stay at the hotel because we felt like home and stunned by the city and surrounding. This was our first trip to St. Moritz and definitely not the last - we are already planning our next trip.

But what truly made the experience memorable was David’s remarkable kindness. After check-out, we encountered an unexpected car issue, and David kindly contacted the insurance company on our behalf and helped resolve the problem. Thanks to his care and support, we were able to return to the airport safely. We are sincerely grateful for his assistance — he made our visit to St. Moritz an unforgettable experience.

It was spotlessly clean and felt very welcoming from the moment I arrived. The hosts were incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful, making the entire experience even more pleasant. I can wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect stay in St. Moritz.
