What a lovely place to be able to get away from town! The lovely streams, sleeping to the rain, and waking to the birds was awesome. If you have the time, get to know the owners, they are a well of knowledge and very friendly if you take the time. Before you head out, take a walk around the grounds. And if you’re needing some things to do in the area, ask the owners. The breakfast was my absolute favorite - definitely prepared with care.

Το Rustico Villa Arenal έχει θέα στο βουνό και διαθέτει κήπο και μπαλκόνι. Το σημείο ενδιαφέροντος La Fortuna Waterfall είναι περίπου 26 χλμ μακριά. The location is awesome! The villa is on the top of the hill overlooking the lake and the volcano. The view is absolutely stunning. The villa is very private, surrounded by nature. The room has limited amenities but you don’t really need much. People don’t come to Costa Rica to stay indoors :) The deck upstairs is a nice place to hang out in the morning or at night. We had breakfasts and dinners with the volcano view. My husband and I were greeted by the host upon arrival. Solomon showed us everything, answered our questions, and gave us some advice on places to visit. He also prepared yummy breakfast for us every morning. Our host’s Bombay cat Panterito liked to hang out with us all the time we spent on premises. My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Solomon’s place.
