There is an AC, but in December you will hardly need it, if the doors are open. A big advantage are the mosquito nets on the doors.

I absolutely loved the sound of waves, especially at night time. Overall I felt so comfortable as I was home. Also, Monica will help you with anything you may need. Frank was an amazing host – warm, welcoming, and always available. He made me feel truly at home from the very beginning. The location is unbeatable: right on one of the most stunning beaches of Boa Vista, in a quiet and safe area, just a few minutes from the airport and only 10 minutes from Sal Rei. Every morning, I enjoyed a rich and delicious breakfast in the patio. This place is perfect for anyone looking to disconnect, recharge, and enjoy the natural beauty of the island. Highly recommended!
