Everything but especially the people, In particular Mahmoud Eldeeb from Reception, we met him last year in our previous holiday and he always makes us feel at home, he is super nice and professional at the same time! We also want to say that Said the chef is amazing, he cooked amazingly well always available for our request especially for our daughter. All the guys in the restaurants especially Gaia and Lucina restaurants made our holiday unforgettable, the reception team in the person of Said treated us 5 stars, we will be back for sure ❤️

In addition to amazing food hall with stunning terrace where we could eat breakfast, lunch and dinner we could book dinners in special restaurants within the resort - each dinner was a great experience, great food and beautiful atmosphere. We stayed over Xmas and the management just went over the top for Xmas dinner/event - we had GREAT HOLIDAYS. We are already looking forward to book our next stay.

Not too crowded not too loud. Staff made sure we have all we need and the kids had a lot of fun in the pool and at the beach and in the activities that were light and not very imposing.
