The cafeteria servers were quick on the cleanup and removal of your dishes. Sometimes they were too fast. Plenty of food and the facility was well taken care of.

Food, staff, heating swimming pools,spa aquapark were great, we asked for a baby bed and it was there when we asked for it. We were in front of infinity pool with beach view. The music was a bit loud in the afternoon during the activity but it did not bother us. If you want complete silence , ask a room close to the diving center, however you will have to walk a bit more to go to the restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel .

It is one of the best hotels in Egypt. Friendly staff, great location, modern design, great facilities, wonderful beach. We’ve got room upgrade for free, welcome fruits and bar filled with refreshing drinks in both rooms we’ve booked. Our flight landed early in the morning and we’ve received early check in, which was really convenient after long way to Egypt( we’ve spent in total 24 hours to get from home to the hotel). The rooms were really very clean, spacious, very light and with all the necessary facilities. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Just one day in the morning we had to ask for drinks 3 times and waited for them more than 20 minutes. But this incident hasn’t spoiled our vacations. The food in the main restaurant was really delicious. Everything tasted perfectly. Thanks for this to all the cooks. Also drinks we ordered in the bars were of good quality. We visited fish a la carte restaurant -the girl in the reception Mira refused to book one more a la carte restaurant though during our check in we were informed that we may visit two a la carte restaurants. The atmosphere in fish restaurant was really great as well as service. Free transfer to and from the airport was very helpful. The van was clean and comfortable, the driver was pleasant and helpful. We had early check out due to early flight and missed the breakfast. If the hotel organized breakfast to go it would be great but we didn’t get it. Despite some small issues I would definitely come back to this hotel once more. Hope to do it in autumn.

The hotel features an outdoor swimming pool, fitness centre, evening entertainment and a kids' club. Great breakfast and dinner. I could find everything I wanted to eat. The food was varied and delicious. I really liked the restaurant itself, which has a lot of space and you don't have to look for a free table. If you want, you can eat inside, if you want - on the terrace with a great view of the sea. I liked how the hotel was designed, in the shape of the letter T, it's just convenient to walk everywhere without getting lost. I liked the easy modern style of the hotel. Great swimming in the sea, you can swim as far as you want from the shore, or swim from the bridge, if there is no big wind and waves. I didn't see any dugongs, but there were a lot of turtles, and they, not paying attention to the swimming tourists, eat grass for themselves.

Boasting family rooms, this property also provides guests with a sun terrace. The owner Essam was incredibly warm, welcoming and friendly. He made sure that I had everything I needed and helped me plan out where to visit each day. The hostel itself was spotless and beautifully decorated, the highlight definitely being the sunny roof terrace where you will sit each morning to eat breakfast. I really enjoyed my stay here and would highly recommend it to anyone else traveling to Marsa Alam.
