Sharon was so welcoming and made us feel at home. We had the chance to take a tour with Sharon and the hike waterfall river and hot mud baths did not disappoint along with roti and amazing company. A private one bedroom, air conditioned house on a longtime local's pristine property. We enjoyed the well maintained pool and pool house, cooked in the well outfitted kitchen, watched spectacular sunsets from our porch, and walked up and down the beach road to town. Larissa is an accommodating, friendly hostess who knows how to walk the fine line between being available and allowing your complete privacy. We love Savusavu and would definitely stay here again.

Beachfront Villa - House of Bamboo, Infinity Pool bevindt zich in Savusavu en biedt een privéstrand. Deze villa heeft een privézwembad, een tuin, barbecue, gratis WiFi en gratis privéparkeren. House of Bamboo was the perfect place to stay. Located 6km out of Savusavu, along a very pretty seaside road, House of Bamboo was surrounded by beautiful tropical vegetation while still offering stunning views of the sea from its large deck. The house was very comfortable and extremely well equipped so that we had everything we needed for our 8 day stay. The beautiful pool area was a lovely bonus. There was great snorkelling right out in front and we enjoyed the use of the property's snorkelling gear, kayaks and paddleboards. Taxis to nearby Savusavu were cheap and readily available. We were met by our host at the airport and farewelled on departure, and our luggage was carried up and down the 100 steps for us! Meagan and staff could not have been kinder or more helpful - they were absolutely wonderful, and we were very appreciative of that. We all loved our stay at House of Bamboo and would definitely stay here again if we return to Savusavu, which we would also love to do!

The view was fantastic of the grounds and the ocean. It sits on a very lush, green property. The room is very large, has a great couch, kitchenette and table with chairs. The bathroom is a nice size too.
