Communications were excellent. Staff friendly and helpful Enjoyed our short stay, should have stayed longer.

Set in secluded terraced gardens, every room in this 4-star hotel has a picturesque view of the sea. St Peter Port’s shopping centre is just 2 minutes’ walk away. I had a double room with balcony which was very comfortable, with a lovely bathroom and the view was amazing. Breakfast was delicious too.

Excellent location and the food and service were too. The ladies at the front desk were lovely and very kind and helpful which means everything to us. More than facilities etc. The location was superb as it was both near the walking trails and not far from airport and St Peter's Port.

This hotel was excellent from start to finish. The front desk staff and concierge were wonderful. The room was very comfortable with a lovely view of the water. Breakfasts were delicious with lots of choice. The dinners that we ate there were also excellent! Location is great for the shops and local attractions.

Pandora Hotel is located in a quiet part of town, just a 5-minute walk from St. Peter Port. Private parking is possible nearby, and the hotel has free WiFi in public areas. The hotel is not fully obliged to answer the transportation difficulties encountered by guests, but the response given to me by the staff member of this hotel named Trond is a textbook example of customer service. He listed in detail the current operating status of each ferry company on this route and gave me the option of flying. The names and information of each ferry company and airline he mentioned were very accurate and exactly the same as what I had learned before.
