Το City bed with view βρίσκεται σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία στον προορισμό Μπέρμιγχαμ και προσφέρει κλιματιζόμενα δωμάτια, κήπο και βεράντα. Booked this accommodation for a member of staff, upon arrival unable to gain access to property, unable to get through to owner but spoke to someone coming out of property and they advised a fob was needed so had no choice but to book another accommodation, on trying to obtain a refund from Owner/booking.com I had no reply from owner and Booking.com advised that they were unable to help due to our office not calling until a couple of days after the booking was made and advised we should of called prior to our check in, how does this make sense
