This was the second time I stayed at Milva Apartments while passing through Kos town. Initially I booked it due to the great location considering the main bus stop and the ferry port. Both times the flats were very spacious and clean and had all necessary amenities. The check-in was easy and I even managed to get an earlier check-in both times. Also, great location in the middle of the town. I would stay here again!

Restaurants were amazing, second visit to an Ikos property and did not disappoint. You can do as much or as little as you like here, lots of activities bikes, canoes, walks, swimming, wine tasting, or as little as you like. Enough private spaces with the upgraded rooms to give a feeling of space. We were here at end of the season and the staff were still amazing. Book your restaurants, car hire, spa etc in advance as they will book out.

The staff are so amazing and helpful. The beach gets an amazing view of the sunset. we had a late flight & even after checkout they allowed us to shower and freshen up before our flight. We were the very first guests at Unicos City Studios in Kos, as it had just opened on the day we arrived. Everything was excellent. The beds were top quality and extremely comfortable. The room was beautifully decorated and thoughtfully arranged. The location is perfect, right in the center of town, with everything within walking distance. The hotel staff were incredibly warm and helpful for example, when we accidentally locked the in-room safe by entering the wrong code, they assisted us immediately. A wonderful stay overall, we wish them great success and would gladly come back!
