The place is lovely, with a shady café on the ground floor and white stairs leading up to the rooms in true Cycladic village style. Our room faced the sea — breezy, spotless, and beautifully designed with a charming blend of traditional Greek style and contemporary touches. We appreciated the attention to detail, from the tasteful decor to the high-quality toiletries. Breakfast, included in the stay, offered a variety of options, so even after several days we never got bored. There’s also an à la carte menu available at an extra charge, with dishes made with care — you can really taste the love in the food. They even provide beach umbrellas you can take with you, which was a thoughtful touch. Last but not least, the staff was absolutely fantastic — always smiling, sweet, and incredibly helpful, offering us great tips to explore the island. We’d love to come back soon.

Perched on the rocks, tt has a sea-view snack bar and offers free WiFi throughout. We did not recceive breakfast because it was end of season. We would have appreciated some yogurts or croissant to have in the morning.

The staff can arrange for limo and helicopter service. Within walking distance, you can reach the beach of Vardia, while the beach of Hochlidia is at 400 metres. The scenic main town of Folegandros is 3 km away. Beautiful design. Terrific food and wonderful staff. An incredible experience.

Efthymios picked us up at the port on arrival and was very welcoming. He is very helpful and left us tea, coffee, water, butter and jam and some local snacks and wine as a welcome at the property. This was by far the best accommodation we have had in Greece. The property is super clean, the bed is very comfortable, the shower is excellent. Everything we needed was provided and to a very high standard. The house/cottage is cleaned every day. Beach towels are provided. Efthymios got in touch with a local car rental for us as we wanted to explore the island. The area is super quiet and just beautiful, we would highly recommend the property and we will return again.

It was quiet, comfortable, and had great views, particularly of the sunset (you can't see it from the back patio of the unit but we moved our chairs over to another area to watch it) which was incredible. We also did the hike to Livadaki beach our last morning there and it was the highlight of our stay (40 minutes each way). The host, Eva, was very friendly and warm. Her communication before and during our stay was exceptional. She connected us to a great rental car agency and met us there to take us to the property. Highly recommend you stay here for your visit to Folegandros and make sure to give the restaurant Sinadisi a try.
