We started our tour in India from Cochin, and could not have chosen a better place to stay than Sea Coast Inn. Shaan is super friendly and helpful host, way above the ordinary. The house is new and very clean, great location close to sights but hidden on a small side street, so it's very quiet. Beds were comfy. Good wifi. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, nice combination of south Indian breakfast items (was different every morning), fruit and some western items like toast and cereal. We are so happy we found this place in Alleppey and stayed in home of this wonderful family! I booked the room for just one night, but we liked everything so much that we extended our stay for more 10 days. The atmosphere here is very warm and pleasant, the people are kind and welcoming! We became very close during this time and truly felt like part of the family. We also got to know more about the local culture and traditions, and even celebrated Easter together. I’m very grateful to Francis and Jeeja for their hospitality and the delicious breakfasts — you can feel the love and care in every dish. This is now a special place for us, a place we would love to return to! The rooms are also very nice — clean, comfortable, there is a balcony and terrace in the house. The location is also great. Only 3-minute walk to the beach. There’s also a fantastic restaurant nearby — “Viggy’s Sea-side Resto”. We really enjoyed it.
