They offered useful recommendations and valuable local knowledge that helped us to make the most of the many breathtaking yet accessible mountains, lakes, woods, waterfalls, villages and towns that we visited. The only sad moment we had at this amazing hotel with its incredible hosts, was leaving them behind on the last day of our stay.

The room was small but clean with a lovely balcony. It is on the lake and you are able to see the mountains all around. A true dream . The staff was very friendly and the onsite breakfast was very convenient. It was comparable to any restaurant that you would visit outside of the hotel. The location was wonderful, near the lake path that you can take to the town center. For children there was playground equipment available and a swim area as well. I will recommend to friends and plan to come again in the future.

Service was amazing and the property was nicely decorated and well maintained. We were there over Christmas and atmosphere was festive with many activities planned. Food was delicious and well varied.
