The location is great, just a minute walk to the beach. The view, especially sunrise, was incredible. The studio is on the 17th of 20 floors. The studio has a full-size refrigerator and stove top. There was also a microwave. The big washer and dryer in the room was a big plus. I used Google translate to figure out the settings with no problem. There is a 7/11 attached to the building. There are many restaurants within a short walk. There is a bus stop about a 1 minute walk.

The accommodation features a 24-hour front desk and a business centre for guests. breakfast was asian western.very good.time at 7am was what i like.husband & wife where cool.all the stafff was good.i think it was the son that came to train station to escort me to hotel. 3 minutes. going places was ok once i found the eateries it was good.the good resturants are a little distance from hotel. maybe 1 2 3 kilometers. .,but once you look and find it is ok as you can get the bus.it is maybe 500 meters to shopping then there is the street.at night is place to see..there are many hotels near beauty hotel. but for me it was the beauty hotel that i gave a 10 for.

The location near the beach and near the Sokcho boardwalk is great. My single room was big enough for one person and very clean and comfortable.

Our host was extremely welcoming and helpful and gave us lots of recommendations for things to see, do and eat in the local area. The hostel has clean, spacious, comfortable rooms and a very cozy communal space. We had a lovely stay.

Staying in Aark House makes me feel like home and warm welcomed, I will def stay here again if I come back to Gangneung.
