I’m worried to say so many good things about this hotel , because maybe next time they won’t have a room for me , je je. I can say this hotel has a concept I like a lot. The staff is extremely helpful and very big smile, they ear you.

It is a heritage property and has been maintained really well. I opted for the small room since I was only there for the night, but ended spending most of my time in the common areas and around the pool, which was relaxing. The dinner and packed breakfast were also perfect, they packed me some fruits too which were yummy.

It’s a family run hotel, very laid back and casual, great space for breakfast, rooms r large and comfortable with a/c and wifi. It’s great value and I’d definitely stay again.

They are the kindest, most welcoming people you could ever hope to meet. They didn't just host us; they treated us like family. especially sudharshini the owner of the property is the sweetest person you could meet. Anything you ask them they would definitely do without any demands. They are the nicest and sweetest people. And the place is just like your home, comfortable, clean and easy to commute. It's situated in a nice neighborhood where you can roam even late at night without any thoughts. Getting bored of regular hotels and wanting to have a home away home for your vacation or wanting to spend some time in negombo you can definitely choose kingz kottage. Their rooms, locality, pool and food are super amazing. I would definitely go here when I visit again. Only some places you feel like wanting to visit again because of the people there and this is one of those places.

It’s a small, extremely clean, and comfortable place. The pool is spotless and inviting, and the rooms are modern with comfortable beds and even a small kitchen, which is a great touch. The highlight of our stay was definitely the staff. They went above and beyond to help us, including arranging transportation and even preparing a special meal we requested that wasn’t on the menu. Their kindness and attentiveness made our experience truly memorable. I highly recommend this resort, especially for a convenient stopover near the airport. I would absolutely stay here again!

The place is amazing – extremely clean and modern. The room was very spacious, with complimentary water and fruit provided, which was a nice touch. There’s also a restaurant on-site that we really enjoyed. We only stayed for one night because of its proximity to the airport, and unfortunately the monsoon season had already started, so we couldn’t make use of the pool or do much else. The host was excellent – communication was smooth, and he kindly arranged both pick-up and drop-off (very early in the morning) at the airport for a fair price. Highly recommended!

I felt so welcome by the owners and they were very accommodating, especially when my arrival was very delayed and late at night. Had a wonderfully relaxing stay.
