It's just off the main street enough to feel like a sanctuary, especially on the rooftop where there is a little restaurant serving excellent food, yet it's close enough to gorgeous beaches and great dining. We opted to stay at the hotel for dinner and I had the best chicken kottu I'd had while in Sri Lanka. The rooms are very stylish and the staff are friendly, professional and hospitable. I would definitely stay here the next time I am in Sri Lanka.

Anything you ask them they would definitely do without any demands. They are the nicest and sweetest people. And the place is just like your home, comfortable, clean and easy to commute. It's situated in a nice neighborhood where you can roam even late at night without any thoughts. Getting bored of regular hotels and wanting to have a home away home for your vacation or wanting to spend some time in negombo you can definitely choose kingz kottage. Their rooms, locality, pool and food are super amazing. I would definitely go here when I visit again. Only some places you feel like wanting to visit again because of the people there and this is one of those places.

There were no problems with hot water, air conditioning and Wi-Fi. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. We could cook full dinners. Hospitable hosts care about the comfort of each guest. Shops and restaurants are around the corner, there are supermarkets at the bus station. Special thanks to the family for the friendly welcome and gifts! We recommend d marit Motel to anyone staying in Negombo for a short or long time.

The place is amazing – extremely clean and modern. The room was very spacious, with complimentary water and fruit provided, which was a nice touch. There’s also a restaurant on-site that we really enjoyed. We only stayed for one night because of its proximity to the airport, and unfortunately the monsoon season had already started, so we couldn’t make use of the pool or do much else. The host was excellent – communication was smooth, and he kindly arranged both pick-up and drop-off (very early in the morning) at the airport for a fair price. Highly recommended!
