The owner, Samira, is incredibly knowledgeable about the surrounding area and is always willing to help. He even took us around for a very reasonable price and arranged a massage at the villa for us at a good rate. Breakfast was excellent with generous portions, and on a particularly hot day, he kindly brought fresh fruit juice without us even asking. The villa itself is beautifully done in an antique style, with hot water, air conditioning, and all the comfort you need. I stayed for three days, and it was absolutely perfect. In the mornings, plenty of birds visit the garden, making the stay even more special.

The staff was very helpful and friendly and the food from the restaurant is top tier; everything is very tasteful and fresh and there’s a lot to choose from. We can only recommend this place!

The owner attends to his guests himself to make sure that our stay is great and exceeds expectations. They organized a cute setup for our friend whose birthday happened to be during our stay, they allowed us to check out later free of charge, and even arranged for a homemade lunch at the guesthouse itself, on the pergola, which was great. Highly recommended!

The beach, which has good waves for surfing and clear water for swimming, is only a short stroll away, making the location ideal. After long days in the sun, the clean, comfortable rooms and beds were just what we needed. Sunny Villa made us feel welcome in every way. You come here as a visitor and go away feeling like a member of the family. Our stay was better than we could have imagined. Highly recommend!

The owner is such an amazing guy, it was a unplanned stip at Seascape Villa, but after having a conversation with Lasitha, it seemed like i had this planned for along time. He is a perfect host with a great smile and with great service which he is always willing to go out of the way. A great guy and a perfect example of how great customer service goes a long way. He knows all the good spots for food and will even help you with shopping. The rooms has eveything you need and the beach is not more than 100 meters away. Aweome place for couples and solo travelers. I would recomend his place as a go to place to understand Sri Lankan Hospitality. I wish him all the very best.
