The infinity pool at the roof is amazing, very clean and with a great view of the city and surrounding. We had a great stay at Kippal, for sure recommend it!

The air-conditioned apartment consists of 1 bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen and 1 bathroom. Towels and bed linen are offered in the apartment. For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance. Had an excellent stay. Comfortable bed, nice room. Lovely touches such as providing coffee, salt, pepper and oil. An easy walk west to the coast and to a couple of the un-privatised beaches/sea access. Little store across the road and Oxxo and Chedraui not too far off. I would be remiss to not mention there was a fair bit of noise that could be heard, however this is not the hosts fault, and, in all honesty, this has been the case in every property in Mexico for the last three months (coming from a quieter part of the world 😅)

The guest house has family rooms. Incredible location close to passenger ferry port but away from main cruise ship hub. 1 road off the main drag with lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Secure property and very quiet. Beautiful backyard garden with seating area. Theresa is a wonderful helpful host with the best little dog Booking that greets you!! I love that she has maps available, free water, book exchange. There’s a little shared kitchen with coffee tea fridge sink toaster microwave kettle and you could buy beers or sodas if you like on an honour system. Room is clean comfortable and spacious. We booked a family studio which had a king bed and full size fridge, coffee machine and microwave. Next time we’d likely just get a room and use the shared kitchen as we didn’t cook much.

Some popular activities practiced in the region are sports fishing, surfing and other water sports. Villa Blanca Beach is 2 km from the property, and Cozumel’s main beach is about 300 metres away. Le Cap Beach Club, located on the beach, offers contemporary Mediterranean cuisine with the best choices of seafood and fresh dishes prepared in wood fired oven and grill. What a beautiful, tasteful, low-key Hotel. Everything about it was perfect. Not a rowdy party tourist hotel. The attention to detail, beautiful non corporate design choices, the staff, all contributed to this paradise. We hate going to tourist factories and obnoxious resorts and this hotel fit our needs exactly. The hotel restaurants were also fabulous as was the snorkel tour right from the property. The location on the white sand beach could not be better. Fabulous breakfast buffet and cocktails. We ate at the fancy Italian restaurant the first night. It was my husband‘s dream meal and the sommelier recommended the most fabulous Mexican wine. We like the hotel so much that we ended up booking a second night and went to the mediterranean restaurant on site. The music and the vibe was great, and the food cooked on the charcoal delicious. Especially the chicken and vegetables. The chocolate mole lava cake was also a stand out.
