Pictures do not do this hotel justice - it’s a quiet and beautiful oasis in the middle of cancun, located very centrally. The room was clean and had nice thoughtful finishing touches - bathrobes, bedroom slippers, incense, candles - just the sort of things we love at any accommodation. We were greeted very graciously and shown to our rooms, and the hotel also helped facilitate arrangement of transport to Chichén Itzá which was fantastic. Our only regret was not being able to stay for breakfast since there are so many good reviews about it - but we’d definitely stay here again if we ever come back to Cancun!

The communication from the hotel was excellent, providing a lot of information. Very customer-friendly, friendly and family-like approach. We felt completely safe.

Staff is super friendly and helpful. Beautiful pool area with sunbeds and hammocks. Very good breakfast with something for everyone. I‘d definitely recommend staying in this great place! Thank you so much for everything- you made my stay on Holbox perfect.

The Suites Corazon are located only a 3-minute walk from the beach in Playa del Carmen and feature free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs and daily cleaning service. Location. Very close to 5tj avenue. They gave upgrade. Nice ac.

The walking tour in the jungle was an unforgettable amazing experience. The pier on the lake is relaxing and peaceful and no boats are passing so very quiet.

Set on the beautiful beach of Holbox Island, this accommodation offers privacy within a walking distance from the town centre. Palapas Del Sol features air-conditioned rooms with free Wi-Fi and a... If you want to enjoy Holbox, definitely go to this hotel! Everything is great, food, cleanliness, beds, rooms, staff, clean beach, calmness at the end of the hotels, the sea and especially the manager who solved our accommodation problem with generous compensation. We recently spent a week at the Grand Fiesta Americana Coral Beach in Cancun, and it was our fourth time visiting. As always, the experience did not disappoint. The food was excellent, the rooms were comfortable, and every staff member was incredibly attentive and kind. We’ve never stayed at an all-inclusive resort that had such delicious food. It truly makes a difference in the overall experience. The resort has also made some great upgrades, including the addition of new and amazing restaurants, giving us plenty of options like steakhouse, Italian, Japanese, American cuisine, and more. A big thank you to some standout employees who made our stay extra special: • Antônio at Isla Contoy for his exceptional hospitality. He always makes us feel so welcomed and special. • Alex, our server at the pool, for his friendly and efficient service. • Edgar at Havana Steak House for his attention to detail and making our dining experience memorable. • Raquel at Tepanyaki for her warmth and wonderful service. • Geyder, the bartender, for his fantastic drinks and great attitude. Pros: Excellent food, comfortable rooms, and top-notch service from a dedicated and friendly staff. The variety of dining options, especially with the new restaurants, was outstanding.

The beach in front of the property is gorgeous. There are hammocks in the water, swings, kayaks, paddle boards, and chairs in front of the water. The rooms are amazing and so comfortable with Netflix, air con, mini fridge, shower with hot water, etc. One of the best parts is being able to use the scooters to go all over town which is included. The property is out of the town but by having the scooters, it makes it easy to go into town. The property is super clean and the workers are very nice. Breakfast is brought to your room each morning and includes a sandwich, fruit, and pastry. It's basic but good. You get one coffee pod to make in your room per day which is good. If you want you can purchase more. Each day they also restock your mini fridge with two beers, two waters and two sodas. They also clean your room daily and the property is kept very clean. This was definitely a splurge for us but if you use all of the amenities it can be worth it.

Το Hotel B10 - Distinctive Hotel- προσφέρει κλιματιζόμενες μονάδες με μπαλκόνι, εξωτερική πισίνα και βεράντα. Very surprised about the accommodation, great room, great location, all the staff were very friendly and helpfully. We extended one night because we loved playa del Carmen but also because we loved this place.
