Great, new hotel close to the beach and centre. Beds were lovely and our family room was huge. A great plus was the included breakfast which was served to our own balcony. Definitely recommend.

Excellent location, from the balcony we saw the see. Wonderful beach. The individual and common rooms are designed withe the good taste and in beautiful style. The host is very friendly and helps with important information and contacts.

Our stay at Puerto del Cielo was one of those experiences that stay with you. We stayed in an apartment with a balcony and outdoor bathtub, perfectly positioned right on the beach — the sound of the sea is constant, soothing, and unforgettable. The owners, Randy and Gill, are exceptionally attentive hosts. They always go the extra mile and offer help in any situation — in our case, they kindly assisted during a brief health issue, which we appreciated deeply. Their warmth and genuine care make this place truly special. The breakfast was excellent, freshly prepared and full of flavor. The whole setting is all about blending completely with nature — you’ll see lizards walking across the terrace, feel the sea breeze, and enjoy the peaceful rhythm of the surroundings. Don’t come here having five-star ultimate luxury demands — come for something far more valuable: authenticity, calm, and a feeling of being exactly where you belong.

A Dreamy Getaway at Casa Mia El Cuyo My stay at Casa Mia El Cuyo was nothing short of exceptional. The hotel's prime location allowed us to easily explore El Cuyo and its stunning beaches. The cabins were amazing and really comfortable! They are spacious, clean, and well equipped. The bed is comfy and the net does protect you from any mosquitoes which might have gotten into the room, although I didn’t see any inside (there were many outside, but repellent kept them at bay). The staff was friendly and ready to help, and they lent us beach chairs and an umbrella to use at the beach. The pool was slightly cold, but still quite pleasant and clean! The Wi-Fi works perfectly well for working remotely, and there are sufficient power outlets inside and outside the cabins. On the TV there is Netflix and other streaming platforms. There is also a temazcal (traditional sauna) which works on scheduled days and can seat large groups. There is no kitchen inside the cabins, but there is a fridge to keep food fresh, and there is a shared kitchenette with an electric stove, near the site’s entrance, and the staff can lend you a pan to cook a quick meal. Hot coffee is prepared and served for free twice a day. There is sufficient, safe, and convenient parking space for all guests, and the staff lends you a little trolley so your luggage can be carried around easily to your cabin without getting soiled with sand. I would definitely recommend it to any traveller, and I will surely come back with my family one day! The property has one pet-friendly cabin only, so if you are coming with your pet it’s worth booking and letting them know in advance.
