The hotel is a bit far from the city, but it has everything for you not to move if you don’t want to. We chose this destination for our honeymoon, and we couldn't be happier!

The guest house features family rooms as well as facilities for disabled guests. really nice guesthouse, in a nice area of Mutrah, close to the Souq but not crowded. Staff was very friendly, rooms big and clean. they have also a nice terrace

The pool is large and beautiful. There were enough sun beds and loungers of different types around the pool. The design of whole interior of the hotel rooms and lobby is very modern, contemporary. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel has valet parking, which creates complete comfort for your stay. There is a super nice rooftop bar with very beautiful views. In my opinion, everything was great.

The staff was incredibly accommodating, the facilities were flawless, and the breakfast was a highlight of our stay. They even surprised us with a cake for my wife's birthday, which made it extra special. The views were breathtaking from every angle, especially during sunset.

The property is around 1.3 km from Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque, 3.8 km from Oman Avenues Mall and 11 km from Oman Convention and Exhibition Centre. The accommodation features a 24-hour front desk, airport transfers, a shared kitchen and free WiFi throughout the property. Zouhaier is the best host I ever met. He devoted half a day to my needs. He picked me up from the airport, went to rent a car with me. He checked the car, negotiated the price for me, went to gas station and to the mall with me where he invited me for the coffee and a cake. All this with the great patience and cool mood. His place is very neat and well organized. He has time for EVERYONE of his guests. He spoiled us with the very high quality dates and coffee. His nephew is also very friendly and helpful. I think this is one of the best hostels I ever been and all thanks to the owner and his efforts.
