Super nice property in a quiet jungle paradise on Bastimentos Island. Very well maintained garden and guest cabins with everything available to enjoy nature like a snorkeling spot right in front, a jungle loop hiking trail and free use of good kayaks and SUP boards. A sloth was hanging out with her baby in a tree next to the restaurant and it is easy to spot the red frogs nearby, see amazing corals and fish in the snorkeling spot and other wildlife. The owners are extremely nice and the food was amazing every day.

Very pretty location among large tropical trees. Carmen and Marcel are incredible hosts. For four days you feel like part of a family with the hosts and other guests. The breakfast is large and flavorful and the dinners combine great food with fun company. We also had two sloths hanging out in the nearby trees.

De Lodge in Punta Rica... Hilltop Eco-Lodge with Views & Pool is een onlangs gerenoveerde bed & breakfast in Bastimentos, waar u kunt genieten van het zwembad met uitzicht, een privéstrand en... Enorm gastvrij! Brian en Dan verzorgen alles tot in de puntjes. De locatie is een echte parel midden in de jungle. We zagen vooraf een 10 in de reviews, en die blijkt het verblijf ook écht volledig waard te zijn! We zijn zelfs langer gebleven dan we oorspronkelijk van plan waren. Een heerlijke afsluiter van onze zes weken durende vakantie!

Enjoy the captivating environment of our eco-resort, which offers a harmonious blend of comfort, services and memorable experiences. We are committed to preserving the environment and biodiversity. We stayed in an over water bungalow and it was amazing - very comfy beds, clean, lots of space, and very peaceful (it was stormy over night which we liked listening too, and made it quite atmospheric!). We had a private balcony with loungers and a ladder down in to the sea, breakfast brought to us in the morning by the incredibly attentive staff, who also helped us organise water taxis. Delicious dinner too, the hotel has lots of land to explore with cool wildlife, and free kayaks and paddle boards. Cannot recommend this hotel enough for a peaceful and relaxing holiday in a beautiful location!

Luis and his family were so hospitable, the food he cooked us was delicious! The place itself is so tranquil looking over the water. We loved staying here and wish we could’ve stayed longer, it was very chilled and simplistic island life.
