This place is so beautiful. Definitely worth staying here for few days. The family is so lovely, kind and helpful. They also organized a trip to Taquile island and Uros Titino island for me, with small private boat for very reasonable price. Breakfast is included in price, they also offer lunch and dinner (20 soles per meal at the time of visit). Sometimes they skip the lunch due to a lot of work they have. Jesus (son of Valentin) also explained what is possible to do there, because there are nice places to walk around Llachon peninsula. You can also rent a kayak. Rooms are spacious and clean, with hot water, internet is working quite good. Be aware that it can get pretty cold there, especially during the night. But they have very thick duvets and extra thick blankets.

Had a great experience at Henry and Mariluz’s. The room was very cozy with a great view of the lake. Mariluz and Henry prepared lunch, dinner and breakfast for us and the food was very good. Henry took us to the temples of Pachamama and Pachatata where we were able to enjoy the views and the peacefulness of the island. The island is so quiet with amazing views that 24 hours felt way too short! We were also able to discuss with Mariluz and Henry to understand the life on the island, which was much appreciated and separates this experience from a regular hotel. Overall highly recommend to spend a night or more!

It has amazing views of the Laguna and is sheltered from the wind. The rooms are cosy and there is plenty of space to relax. The meals are delicious and generous portions. The hosts are very friendly and welcoming. We absolutely loved staying here and would stay again in the future if we return.

Luquina Experience Lodge in Luquina biedt accommodatie met uitzicht op de stad, een tuin, een privéstrand, een restaurant en een bar. We werden ontzettend warm onthaald door Guido en zijn familie. De kamer is prachtig, met uitzicht op het Titicacameer. Het bed is comfortabel en de douche heerlijk warm. We hebben meteen twee nachten bijgeboekt. Deze mate van gastvrijheid hebben we zelden meegemaakt. Ze namen ons mee om te vissen, de schapen binnen te halen, te kajakken en zelfs om de kinderen naar school te brengen. Zo kregen we echt een mooie inkijk in het lokale leven. Het eten is overheerlijk en bovendien heel gevarieerd. Ik kan deze plek aan iedereen aanraden, afscheid nemen viel ons zelfs een beetje zwaar.

Titicaca lodge - LUQUINA bevindt zich in Luquina met uitzicht op de stad en heeft een restaurant, een gedeelde lounge, bar, tuin, terras en speeltuin. Breakfast was delicious and it was flexible regarding the time. There are not really any restaurants there, so we were thankful that the host cooked for us for a good price (lunch and dinner for 15 dollars a person) - she cooked very good and 3 courses each time. Vegetarian option available. The parking spot was great, directly in front of the house. The room was very big and comfortable, the bed was nice and we had a lot of blankets to be warm during the night. The view is amazing, directly next to Titicaca lake. Bathroom was good with a shower (and bathtub) and warm water. WiFi was great. We didn't have that much contact to the hosts and children like other reviews but they were very nice.

Uros Waliski Lodge is gelegen in Puno met uitzicht op de stad en heeft een restaurant, een gedeelde keuken, bar, tuin en terras. Gloria and Eduardo were perfect hosts. We arrived at night due to a long day of travel, and experienced a night sail on the lake to reach the hotel. It was only the next morning at first sunlight that we could discover how beautiful the surroundings are. The hotel is on a floating island (part of the Uros isles) and it does wobble a bit when boats pass by :-) The nature, the quiet, the views are exceptional. And so are the facilities : comfy bed, very clean compost toilet, shower. Breakfast and dinner were delicious. Eduardo also took us to a nearby island for a short introductory course on floating island building. We also met some locals thanks to him. We would love to stay here again.

Uros Lodge Lover Titiqaqa ligt in Puno met uitzicht op de stad en heeft een restaurant, een gratis shuttleservice, bar, tuin en terras. Love our stay!!! It was very peaceful and quiet. The owner is very helpful and can arrange everything for us!!One of the most hard working guys I have seen!!! The breakfast is very good and his cooking is great! We love our chifas that he cooked!! It's a great way to see how the local people live. He also offers tours. Excellent stay and HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
